2. What is the stationery ordering process?
Once you choose a design from our collection, you’ll place your order and we’ll send you a form to collect additional details and wording to help us create your proof. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll create a design proof for your review. After your approval, we move to printing and shipping. It's a seamless process designed to make your wedding stationery experience effortless!
3. How would you describe HAND & HART’s aesthetic?
Our designs are rooted in classic typography, clean layouts, and refined elegance. They’re thoughtfully created to elevate any wedding and seamlessly suit a wide range of tastes and themes. High-end and luxurious, our stationery is perfect for formal, black-tie optional, or black-tie celebrations.
4. What types of stationery are included in your collections?
Our collections feature save-the-dates, full invitation suites, and day-of stationery like menus, programs, and place cards. We also offer a range of embellishments — think envelope liners and silk ribbon —and add-on services such as invitation assembly to make your suite truly extraordinary.
5. Do you offer specialty printing processes, like letterpress or foil stamping?
Yes, we offer specialty printing processes such as letterpress and foil stamping for an elevated finish on your Save the Dates and/or Invitation Suites. Please note that these options require additional production time, but the result is truly worth the wait!
6. What makes HAND & HART’s stationery unique?
Our collections are crafted with care, blending timeless elegance and designer details. Each piece is made using premium materials and thoughtful craftsmanship, ensuring your stationery sets the perfect tone for your big day.
7. How far in advance should I order my stationery?
We recommend ordering your save-the-dates 6-8 months before your wedding, invitations 4-6 months ahead, and day-of stationery items like menus and table cards at least 4-6 weeks before the big day. This timeline ensures every detail is finalized, printed, and delivered with plenty of time to spare.
8. I’m not seeing a design that matches my vision or product type that I need — do you offer custom design services?
Yes, we do! If you’re looking for something entirely unique, we also offer a full custom design experience. Reach out to us, and we’ll discuss how to bring your one-of-a-kind vision to life.
9. What if I need help choosing a design?

Shipping & Returns
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Stationery orders typically take 2-4 weeks from the time you approve your design proof. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything arrives on time.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! We’re pleased to provide free ground shipping on all orders, so your stationery arrives beautifully and without extra cost.
3. Do you offer returns?
Because all of our products are custom-made and require proof approval before printing, returns are not accepted.
