At HAND & HART, we take pride in creating custom-made products tailored to your unique wedding vision. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, once proofs have been approved and sent to print, we are unable to accept refunds.

However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may request a full refund prior to proof approval and production.

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there is an issue on our end, such as a printing error, we will gladly rectify the mistake and provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.
